Que Technology Group, Inc., is seeking a Network Engineer to help design, build, and fine-tune the backbone of our mission-critical systems. If you’re passionate about performance, security, and seamless connectivity, this is your chance to make a real impact.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Architect and deploy secure, high-performance network solutions
Keep our LANs running smoothly with hands-on administration and troubleshooting
Monitor and optimize dataflow to reduce latency and boost throughput
Capture and analyze network performance data to drive improvements
Configure and integrate front-end and back-end systems for seamless communication
Collaborate on mission-driven network designs and architecture
Translate performance metrics into actionable system requirements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with at least five (5) years of experience. Master’s degree with at least three (3) years of experience. No degree with at least ten (10) years of hands-on Network Engineering experience.
Solid grasp of secure network design, configuration, and maintenance
Experience with performance monitoring tools and data analysis
Ability to optimize complex systems for speed and reliability
IAT Level I certification (DoD 8570.01-M compliant)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in classified or mission-critical environments
Familiarity with enterprise-scale architecture and secure communications
Strong troubleshooting instincts and a proactive mindset
Comfort working independently and collaboratively under pressure
Clear, concise documentation and communication skills
A passion for making networks faster, smarter, and more secure
Security Clearance:
Active TS/SCI with polygraph
