MUST HAVE DOD EXPERIENCE
This is a new contract supporting customer onsite at Ft Meade MD
• Expertise includes strategic planning, process improvement, recommendations for policy improvement, and guidance for all governance activities. The candidate should be familiar with the following: Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System process, DoD Acquisition principles, Information Technology Infrastructure Library, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Models, SDLC Phases, and DoD Architecture Framework.
• Technical Knowledge of and Experience Handling Internet Access Points (IAPs)
• Ability to Develop documentation that communicates strategic engineering and technical matters to Senior Leaders including:
o Courses of Action (COA)
o Business Case Analysis (BCA)
o Congressional Briefs
o White Papers
• Ability to review, update, and develop drafts architecture diagrams, call flows, physical connectivity diagrams, and other information to support the development of future capabilities in conjunction with an engineering team
• Support IPTs, and other ad hoc forums for the communication of a program/project objectives.
• Conduct financial analysis on program execution
o assess the impact to the planned activities and support development of any financial analysis or documentation required by the Government to achieve its objective/milestones
• Proficient in MS Tool Suite including Project, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Roughly 15 years of experience providing program management support/coordination for a DoD customer
• Technical Knowledge of Transport Networks/Telecom
• Engineering Analysis
• “Future-State”
EDUCATION: Minimum Bachelors Degree
