Job Description
Spiral Solutions is seeking a Senior Program Manager in our Lexington location.
Location: Lexington, KY
Requirements
• Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all departments.
• Establish and maintain a coordinated replaceable spares program to include warehousing, kitting, fabricating, and/or procuring equipment supplies, parts, material, and services.
• Plan, program, and resource to meet the Government's delivery schedules for spares procurements.
• Establish and maintain a complete Quality Control Plan to ensure the requirements of this contract are implemented and maintained in accordance with workmanship standards or best commercial practices.
• Provide program management, technical and administrative management, program controls, contract/subcontract procurement management, and product assurance to ensure accomplishment of business and administrative planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, controlling, financial visibility, and compliance with quality practices.
• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all logistics, procurement, and inventory management operations.
• Develop and execute policies, strategies, and processes that ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality procurement of goods and services; efficient warehousing and distribution; and optimal supplier relationships.
• Monitor execution status of cost line items by comparing government funding to amount spent, ensuring there are no cost overruns.
• Inform the contracting department of government actions, such as contract modifications, that may be needed so that appropriate action can be taken.
• Prepare proposal documentation required in support of contract renewal.
• Generate and distribute monthly progress reports.
• Ensure Lexington operations align with organizational goals, customer expectations, compliance requirements, and cost-control objectives.
Knowledge, skills, & abilities required:
• Comprehensive understanding of logistics, procurement, and vendor management principles
• Knowledge of BIG SAFARI-supported aircraft and systems
• Knowledge of applicable industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance practices
• Well-developed interpersonal skills. Ability to get along with diverse personalities
• Ability to establish credibility and be decisive
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Strategic planning and organizational leadership
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Project management and process improvement skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines

Positions supervised: All personnel assigned to the Lexington, KY operation, approximately 14.
• Provide leadership for Lexington logistics, procurement, and warehousing operations
• Oversee logistics functions, including warehousing, repair, and replacement parts
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and contract regulations
• Collaborate with operations and corporate accounting to develop budgets, forecasts, and cost-control measures
• Mentor and develop employees for growth, succession planning, and accountability
