Syntelligent is seeking a PMO Specialist to support NGA.

Duties will include:
- Maintain project documentation (charters, plans, schedules, risk/issue/action logs, change requests).
- Update integrated master schedule and task boards; track dependencies and milestones.
- Collect status from workstream leads; prepare weekly summaries and PMR inputs.
- Build and refresh basic dashboards and KPI reports (e.g., schedule variance, defect/issue trends).
- Assist with quality checks on deliverables for format, version control, and compliance to templates.
- Log and route risks/issues; follow up on owners and due dates; escalate per PMO SOPs.
- Support meeting logistics (agendas, notes, action item tracking) and stakeholder communications.
- Maintain PMO repositories; enforce naming/versioning standards
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of related experience
- Familiarity with PM frameworks and methods (PMBOK/Agile basics)
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Exposure to work tracking or collaboration tools
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and written/verbal communication.
- Ability to analyze simple datasets and create clear charts/tables for status reporting.
- Able to work under supervision, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
