We’re looking for a Business Analyst who thrives in small, execution-focused teams and can operate with a high degree of autonomy. This role involves leading workshops, gathering requirements, and working closely with both stakeholders and development teams to ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead workshops and facilitate requirements gathering sessions
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of requirements
• Maintain strong communication between stakeholders and technical teams
• Operate independently within a small team, driving outcomes with minimal oversight
• Ensure alignment between platform capabilities and business needs
Required Skills & Experience
• Experience working in small, agile project teams (7–10 people)
• Strong background in requirements gathering, user story creation, and stakeholder engagement
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, especially the Customer Service Management (CSM) suite
• Hands-on experience with Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS) or strong CSM experience
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and tools (ServiceNow Agile is a plus but easy to pick up)
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks without direct supervision
• No formal certifications required – experience-based expertise is valued
• Exposure to NowAssist, Virtual Agent, and Workspaces within ServiceNow
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with specific ServiceNow suites such as CSM
• Flexible on years of experience – we value platform familiarity and execution capability over tenure
