We are seeking a SeviceNow Developer to join our Security and Electronic Systems (SES) business Unit. As part of (SES) Strategic Business Unit you will be part of a team that designs, engineers, integrates, operates and maintains electronic security services inclusive of intrusion detection, access control, biometric authentication, video surveillance, audio visual, it systems, perimeter defense and command and control systems for federal, local and commercial customers across high-growth markets.

The Opportunity:
This position will serve as an experienced ServiceNow Developer based out of Stuttgart, Germany supporting a Department of Defense four star headquarters. A qualified candidate has previous experience working closely with customers to identify requirements, design a technical solution, and implement the solution based on ServiceNow best practices. We are rapidly expanding our ServiceNow offerings across the command providing ample opportunities to innovate and bring efficiencies to the DoD.
Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain and enhance ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, MYSQL, XML, HTML and CSS
Qualifications
Clearance/Citizen Type: Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements, including U.S. Citizenship, for access to classified information; ACTIVE SECRET Clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI is REQUIRED

Develop, maintain and enhance ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, MYSQL, XML, HTML and CSS
- Create, maintain configuration management on the ServiceNow platform in all environments.
- Identify opportunities to leverage automation to improve solution effectiveness.
- Implement configuration/customization of the ServiceNow application and facilitate the rollout of new modules and configure Application UI and workflow.
- Troubleshoot automation issues and find practical solutions to address barriers, enabling forward movement in the application lifecycle.
- Collaborate effectively with other ServiceNow Developers/Administrators to develop solutions and handle general updates and configuration changes/requests.
- Develop process documentation, requirements, testing, workflows, and work plans.
- Customize and configure all aspects of ServiceNow to include; UI Actions, UI Policy, UI Pages, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Include Scripts, Catalog Client Scripts, Catalog UI Policies, Email Scripts, Scripted Web Services, Rest and SOAP web services, Roles/Groups.
- Implement and refine ServiceNow Discovery and integration of third party discovery sources.
Qualifications

Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with 2+ years of experience on the ServiceNow platform
- Extensive knowledge of two or more Front End Technologies: HTML, JSTL, DHTML, JavaScript and CSS, XML, XSL, XSLT.
- Exceptional understanding of data structures, algorithms, object oriented design, and design patterns.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to team with industry partners. • DoD 8570.01-M Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level II
- CompTIA Security+
- ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (any specialty) OR ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
- ITIL Foundations Certification must be obtained with 120 days of employment
Desired Experience:
- Experience in Strategic Portfolio Management, Hardware Asset Management, or Procurement Management.
- Experience implementing and refining ServiceNow Discovery and Services.
- Experience using Integration Hub and API integrations for third party applications.
