What You'll Do:
- Support our team in identifying, engaging, and qualifying candidates.
- Build and maintain candidate relationships through phone calls, emails, social media, and networking events.
- Source and connect with highly sought-after, hard-to-find candidates using creative outreach, networking, and research strategies.
- Help manage applicant tracking systems, job postings, and candidate pipelines.
- Attend company events, career fairs, and industry networking opportunities to represent and promote our brand.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines.
- Assist with scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, and tracking hiring progress.
What We're Looking For:
- Eager to Learn: No recruiting experience? That's okay! We'll train the right person with the right attitude.
- Excellent Communication Skills: You know how to connect with people in person, over the phone, and in writing.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: You can juggle multiple tasks without losing track.
