Summary

TTG Solutions is seeking an experienced Video Systems Engineer to join our team, where you will play a crucial role in delivering enterprise video collaboration capabilities. We are looking for someone with at least 11 years of relevant experience and a strong background in video systems architecture and optimization.

Description

In this role, you will work closely with a Senior Project Manager to handle technical planning, system integration, and evaluation of enterprise video capabilities. Your responsibilities will include leading all levels of system analysis, converting product requirements into system solutions, and translating customer needs into hardware and software specifications. Additionally, you will provide technical expertise in video communication networks and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Expert Generally requires eleven (11) years of experience specific to the skill and relevant training or certifications

Required Skills

• Broad system experience with modern enterprise video capabilities architecture
• Experience in analyzing, designing, and developing enterprise video capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and provide detailed status updates
• Technical expertise in video communication networks and UC network systems
• Ability to provide specifications for network architectures
• Experience with Cisco system components, VMWare servers, and relevant communication protocols
• Knowledge of SIP and H.323 communication protocols
• Experience with SIP-based communication protocols, focusing on Poly Infrastructure and Cisco SBCs
• Understanding of transport layer security protocols and certificates
• Experience supporting Unified Communications solutions, including voice and video
• Experience with real time and on-demand streaming infrastructure and platforms like Poly, Cisco, Skype
• Experience in large-scale video migration in a multi-vendor environment
• Strong customer service skills

Optional Skills

• Experience with Trident V2CDS cross domain solution servers
• Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux and CentOS Linux
• Firewall configuration and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Avaya, Microsoft, Oracle, AcmePacket, Polycom systems
• Certified Technology Specialist (CTS)
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

Clearance

This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.

Benefits

Benefit	Details
Base Salary	$178,000 - $216,000
PTO	30 days annual PTO, which includes holidays.
Retirement	15% company retirement contribution. No match required. Vesting period is 50% per year over 2 years.
Paid Benefits	Company pays all insurance expenses up to 8% of base pay. If your insurance expenses are less that that, we bonus the difference to you.
Annual Bonuses	3% to 5% annual bonuses.
Cell Phone Stipend	$100 monthly phone expense reimbursement.
Training Budget	3 paid training days + $2,500 training budget
New Hire Bonus	$5,000 new hire bonus

Total Compensation

Total compensation is the total combination of salary, benefits, retirement, bonuses, etc... and it is calculated using the following formula:

Total Compensation = Base Salary + Benefits Budget + Retirement + Bonus + Training Budget + Phone Stipend

Base Salary	$216,000	Base salary for position.
Retirement	$32,400	15% company retirement contribution. No match required. Vesting period is 50% per year over 2 years.
Benefits Budget	$43,200	20% company paid Individual Benefits Account (12% for 30-days PTO, 8% for Insurances). If your insurance or PTO expenses are less than this, we bonus the difference to you.
Annual Bonus	$10,800	Annual bonus, 3% to 5% on average.
Training Budget	$2,500	Annual training budget.
Training Hours	$2,500	3 paid days for training.
Phone Stipend	$1,200	$100 monthly cell phone stipend.
