Program Manager-Lead Nationwide USPS Technology Testing Projects

About the Role:
Join the USPS Test Evaluation & Quality (TE&Q) team, where you'll lead high-impact First Article Testing projects that ensure new and modified technology systems meet the highest quality standards. You'll manage every stage of testing-from planning to reporting-while working closely with engineering teams, leadership, and vendors.
What You'll Do:
- Lead, coordinate, and oversee First Article and related testing activities
- Expereince leading teams between 10-15 personnel
- Develop test plans, assign tasks, and track progress for testing teams
- Communicate results daily to USPS leadership and produce final test reports
- Apply extensive experience in electro-mechanical and electronic equipment testing to meet project goals
- Travel frequently to test sites nationwide (up to 4 weeks at a time)
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (ABET-accredited)
- 15+ years of industrial experience in electro-mechanical/electronic equipment testing
- USPS experience and PMP certification preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance; must pass background check and drug test
