Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Logistics Manager, Senior . This position is in support of the USAEUR Mission Partner PP&P located in Wiesbaden, Germany . This position is located OCONUS.
Responsibilities:
- Provides logistics support for materials and equipment, including transportation, storage, and inspection of items at required locations
- Possesses and applies practical knowledge related to supply chain strategies, export/import laws and regulations, country-specific customs requirements, Government property management, inventory, and material handling
- Manages and directs warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, packaging, material handling, and storage and reports lost or stolen equipment and the criticality of items
- Conducts physical inventories of equipment and material, develops and maintains an accurate list of equipment, and creates and places Item Unique Identification (IUID) labels on equipment IAW Army regulations and specific MP processes
- Provides completed Materiel Inspection and Receiving Report (DD Form 250) and other required documentation for all equipment, hardware, and software being delivered to the Government
- Tracks all replacement actions until closed and provides MPs with all shipping and invoice documentation
- Manages and maintains a log of software licenses and provides software license agreements and software key data to the Government
- Performs and documents monthly and cyclical serial number inventories for enterprise equipment in Poland and the Baltic states, including Cryptographic High Value Product (CHVP) and Controlled Cryptographic Items (CCIs)
- Ensures export/import licenses are in place, shipping documentation is correct, and may serve as the CACI Property Custodian for Government-Furnished Property (GFP) and Contractor Acquired Property (CAP) at a site
- Manages and maintains GFP and CAP IAW DoD and Army regulations
- Supports analyzing and documenting Product Handling, Shipping, and Transport (PHS&T) needs to meet operational goals for a system being acquired
- Coordinates vehicle operations services in support of IT and ancillary equipment logistics throughout the theater
- Develops and maintains logistics SOPs; Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs); equipment needs support documentation; and other guidance documentation
- Mentors other logistics managers and analysts
- Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments
- Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments
- May supervise others
Qualifications:
Required:
- Currently hold a n adjudicated Secret clearance and the ability to maintain
- BA/BS + 8 -12
- Demonstrates extensive expertise in logistics management, supply chain strategies, and warehouse operations within Government and military contexts.
- Possesses comprehensive knowledge of export/import regulations, customs requirements, and Government property management across international locations.
- Exhibits mastery in inventory control systems, material and product handling, shipping, equipment tracking, and documentation processes, including specialized items like cryptographic products.
- Manages complex logistics operations, develops SOPs, and implements tactical procedures to optimize efficiency and compliance.
- Mentors junior staff and provides technical leadership across multiple high-impact projects.
- Coordinates effectively with diverse stakeholders, ensuring seamless logistics support for IT and ancillary equipment throughout operational theaters.

Desired:
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), PMP-PMI, or Certified Professional Logistician (CPL) or Certified Acquisition Professional (CAP) or Life Cycle Logistics or Professional In Logistics & Supply Chain Management (PLS)
- Adaptable to changing circumstances and operational needs
- Understanding of Department of Defense Military standards
- Experience with DoD IT security requirements
