This position is focused on the highly complex counter unmanned aerial vehicle challenge the Department of Defense is actively experiencing. This position looks to support these active measures both at CONUS facilities as well as some limited OCONUS support. The Hardware Technician Field Service Representative role not only deals with the physical infrastructure but also must address system engineering challenges, networking considerations, and software troubleshooting. This role is multifaceted and deals with the full lifecycle of Government purchased equipment.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting CONUS/OCONUS sites for the Department of Army in the C-UAS mission for global operations for Army TENCAP systems.
- Provides full-service support for fielded locations.
- Involvement in development of advanced radio frequency solutions.
- Provide global support for inventory tracking, labeling, shipping, RMAs, hardware repair, system installations, etc.
- Provide factory support for racking, stacking, and cabling hardware, updating firmware for system production
- Provide a professional image of the organization and our customer to all the global and on-site customers that are supported by the system and project
- Adhere to all CACI policies such as timekeeping, travel accounting, compliance training, etc.
- Maintain current knowledge of relevant hardware and software applications as assigned.
- Support help desk activities through JIRA ticketing and tracking system.
Qualifications:
Required:
- 3+ years of related experience
- Current Secret or above clearance
- Physical demands may vary depending on current tasks. Ability to stand; walk; stoop, bend, kneel, and crouch. Must be able to communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 70 pounds.
- Ability to climb towers up to 150'.
- Working familiarity with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project and Visio
- Must be mechanically inclined.
- Interpersonal skills required to work with others and communicate effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure for quick-reaction projects.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision. Self-starter.
- Ability to rack, wire, connect, install and perform on-site testing of system hardware components.
- Ability to support CONUS/OCONUS site surveys to assess suitability for system installations.
- Ability to support CONUS/OCONUS system installations.
- Must be organized.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI level clearance.
Desired:
- Linux experience
- COMPTIA Security+ or equivalent
- FAA Part 107 certified
- Radar and RF signals background
- Honorable military service or experience working with the Department of Defense
- Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory asset tracking
- Tower climbing certification
- Manlift operation certification
