E-INFOSOL LLC is seeking a highly motivated Service Desk Support Specialist to join our innovative, customer-focused team in Washington, DC.

Summary

The Service Desk Support Specialist/Help Desk Specialist to provide exceptional customer support within our IT department. This pivotal role involves phone and in-person support to users across a range of Unified Communications platforms, particularly Avaya and Microsoft Teams. The Help Desk Specialist ensures the smooth operation of our technological services. This is a Tier 3 Help Desk role expected to troubleshoot and resolve technology specific issues.


Responsibilities

Support Delivery: Provide phone, email, and in-person support for a variety of IT-related issues, including enterprise telephony, Legacy PBX systems, and Microsoft Teams Telephony.
Troubleshooting: Coordinate with the IT team to troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
Technology Updates: Stay updated on new technologies and industry trends to enhance help desk operations and user support.
Extended Support: Support extended hours and weekend support as required by mission or emergencies.

Requirements:

Must possess an active TS clearance at the time of application, be willing and able to obtain SCI access, and pass a CI polygraph.
This position is onsite 5/days a week in Washington D.C.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelors of Science in Computer Science or a related field
Minimum of 6 years of related experience
Proven experience in IT support or help desk roles.
Strong technical knowledge of Unified Communications technology (Specifically MS Teams Telephony and Avaya)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Exceptional customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with ITSM ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow.
Experience in a government contracting environment is a plus.
IT management certifications or technical support certifications preferred
