We're seeking a driven and detail-oriented IT Project Specialist to support the planning and execution of National Telecommunications (NT) projects. This role will involve working with Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) tools and custom applications, collaborating on critical documentation, and maintaining the Enterprise Network Management (ENM) master portfolio database. Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and delivery of IT projects across COTS tools and custom-built applications
• Develop and maintain documentation including:
• Project charters
• Business and technical requirements
• Communication strategies
• Test plans and scripts
• Support configuration and updates to the ENM master portfolio database
• Collaborate with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams
• Ensure project alignment with Federal sector best practices and compliance standards

Minimum Qualifications

• Active Secret Security Clearance
• Hands-on experience with network infrastructure hardware, software, and monitoring tools
• Proven track record supporting or leading Federal sector IT projects
• Exceptional writing, communication, and organizational skills
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated capacity for sound judgment and innovative thinking
• Team-oriented mindset with eagerness to learn and grow

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with the U.S. State Department and Managing State Projects (MSP) methodology
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Background in network design, engineering, or cybersecurity
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience with Cloud platforms in the Federal sector (e.g., Google Workspace, AWS)
• Proficiency with MS Project or equivalent scheduling tools
• ITIL certification
• Experience with Agile development and implementation
