Responsibilities
- Coordinate planning and delivery of IT projects across COTS tools and custom-built applications
- Develop and maintain documentation including:
- Project charters
- Business and technical requirements
- Communication strategies
- Test plans and scripts
- Support configuration and updates to the ENM master portfolio database
- Collaborate with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams
- Ensure project alignment with Federal sector best practices and compliance standards
Minimum Qualifications
- Active Secret Security Clearance
- Hands-on experience with network infrastructure hardware, software, and monitoring tools
- Proven track record supporting or leading Federal sector IT projects
- Exceptional writing, communication, and organizational skills
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated capacity for sound judgment and innovative thinking
- Team-oriented mindset with eagerness to learn and grow
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with the U.S. State Department and Managing State Projects (MSP) methodology
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Background in network design, engineering, or cybersecurity
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience with Cloud platforms in the Federal sector (e.g., Google Workspace, AWS)
- Proficiency with MS Project or equivalent scheduling tools
- ITIL certification
- Experience with Agile development and implementation
