Job title: Jr. Motion GEOINT Analyst
Location: McLean, VA
Clearance: Active TS/SCI required
Pay rate: $84k per year (Panama shift, switch from days to nights every 2-3 months, Typically 4/12 & 3/12, you can pick up extra shifts if you like)
What You’ll Be Doing:
Live exploitation of full-motion video (FMV) and Motion GEOINT
Real-time intel reporting (32+ WPM, 90%+ accuracy)
Use of advanced sensors: IR, SAR, LiDAR, MSI/HSI
Production of storyboards, 360° graphics, vehicle-follows
Delivering NGA imagery products and briefs
Collaborating with NGA, NSG, ASG, and partner agencies
Adhering to strict data management and dissemination protocols
Who We’re Looking For:
TS/SCI clearance
3+ years of intel analysis experience post military schoolhouse OR bachelor’s + military/IC training
(Preferred) Motion GEOINT and/or high-tempo ops experience
GEOINT tradecraft proficiency
Detail-oriented, professional, and mission-focused
You Will be Provided the Tools to Succeed:
MITIL course (Motion Imagery Intermediate)
10-day GEOINT fundamentals orientation
Up to 90 days of tailored on-the-job training
