Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business needs and objectives
- Extract and analyze data from Workday and other internal systems
- Use advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) to manipulate and interpret data
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau to visualize performance metrics and trends
- Conduct data quality checks and ensure consistency across systems
- Support the creation of business cases and project proposals based on data-driven insights
- Assist in implementing process improvements and operational best practices
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear, concise format
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar data-focused role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader MS Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with Workday and Tableau for data reporting and visualization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with SQL or other data manipulation languages
- Business Analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, CCBA)
- Experience supporting HR functions such as recruiting, sourcing, and candidate selection
