Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$103,800 - $218,100

Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain analytics using Pig and/or PySpark to create various reports for users.
- Provide report updates and create new reports based on requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy for end users and the success of day-to-day operations.
- Capture raw data from data feeds and normalize the data for analysis.
- Provide rapid response to customer needs and requirements.
- Maintain a comprehensive dictionary of all analytics.
Qualifications:
Required:
- An active NSA TS/SCI with Poly.
- Experience designing and developing automated analytic software, techniques, and algorithms.
- Experience developing and deploying data-driven analytics, event-driven analytics, and sets of analytics orchestrated through a rules engine.
- Experience documenting data models, schemas, data element dictionaries, and other technical specifications.
- Proficiency in Pig and PySpark.
- Experience with Piranhas.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from an accredited college or university.
- Alternatively, 4 years of additional experience on projects with similar requirements may substitute for a bachelor's degree.
- 6 years' experience using the JAVA programming language.
Desired:
- Proficiency in Python, Java, and Scala.
- Experience with Apache NiFi, Ansible, and MongoDB.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Experience deploying applications in a cloud environment.
- Hadoop Cloud Certification.
- Understanding of cloud scalability.
- Experience with linguistics.
- Experience documenting ontologies, data models, schemas, formats, and data element dictionaries.
