💼 Microsystems Portfolio Analyst – Technical Writer & Program Support (TS Clearance Required)

🧠 Key Responsibilities
Serve as a technical action officer supporting program execution and portfolio operations
Draft and edit technical documentation and presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate efforts across multiple programs, including YFAs, SBIRs, and other DARPA-funded efforts
Track progress, develop operational plans, and recommend process improvements across the portfolio
Support and attend program reviews, briefings, and meetings as needed
✅ Required Qualifications
Strong technical writing and documentation skills, including proofreading and quality control
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral (including PowerPoint presentations)
Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Python)
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects independently with minimal supervision
Willingness to be present on-site as required

Educational background in mechanical or electrical engineering
Familiarity with DARPA processes and R&D environments
High energy, self-motivated, and able to navigate complex bureaucracies with persistence and professionalism
