ARS is a Senior Management Coordinator providing comprehensive program management, administrative, and office management support to DoD capability development programs. This role serves as a key liaison between division leadership, program managers, subject matter experts, and various stakeholders in the execution of complex acquisition programs. The position requires an active TS/SCI clearance and involves supporting critical program phases from concept development through sustainment.

Responsibilities include:
Program Management Support
- Edit and coordinate program meeting minutes, briefing slides, and official documentation
- Participate in critical program reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR) and technical interchange meetings
- Serve as project scribe, operating conference room systems and updating documents in real-time
- Analyze contractor CDRL deliverables for compliance and reformat documents to USAF standards
- Create/update schedules using Microsoft Project and develop program charts from data
- Coordinate stakeholder participation and track monthly division reports to AFPEO/MB
Administrative Management
- Manage SOCCER and suspense tasking processes for the division
- Maintain SharePoint sites, official records, and file management systems
- Create administrative documents meeting AF correspondence standards
- Assist with self-assessment programs using MICT and travel coordination
- Develop business process models using Microsoft Visio for process improvement
Office & Emergency Operations Support
- Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility coordination
- Support COOP and emergency plan execution including readiness exercises
- Coordinate with facility managers and support organizational initiatives
- Other duties as assigned
Key Requirements:
- Security Clearance: TS/SCI required
- Must be a US Citizen
- DoD Experience: Minimum 5-8 years in Department of Defense environment
- Technical Proficiency: Microsoft Project, Visio, SharePoint, advanced MS Office suite
- Travel: Occasional overnight travel to contractor locations and government facilities
- Certifications: Relevant professional certifications as applicable to functional area
Education Requirements:
- Master's degree + 12 years experience (5 years DoD), OR
- Bachelor's degree + 15 years experience (5 years DoD), OR
- 20 years direct experience with certifications (8 years DoD)
