Position: Strategic Partnerships & Outreach Specialist
Location: on-site Bethesda, MD (5 days on-site)
Clearance required: an active TS/SCI CI Polygraph
Compensation range: $145K-$175K, based on experience & qualifications
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Partnerships & Outreach Specialist to lead engagement efforts across public, private, and academic sectors. This role is responsible for driving program visibility, supporting strategic communications, and facilitating high-level engagements that align with the client’s mission and partnership goals.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead outreach and engagement initiatives within a designated functional area to strengthen stakeholder relationships and program awareness.
· Analyze programmatic data and reports to assess operational efficiency and value delivery.
· Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports—including contracts, departmental updates, project summaries, and financials—to internal and external stakeholders.
· Plan, coordinate, and execute conferences, symposiums, and events in support of partnership development and strategic outreach.
· Contribute to the development of strategic communication plans to enhance program utilization and visibility.
· Schedule and facilitate engagements with senior leaders from government, industry, and academia.
· Draft briefings, talking points, and white papers aligned with the client’s strategic partnership objectives.
· Serve as a technical liaison to partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment on shared goals.
· Organize and lead working group meetings, capturing outcomes and producing detailed post-meeting summaries.
· Utilize program-specific tools to manage and track service requests and partner interactions.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Demonstrated experience in partnership engagement and outreach, particularly within the Intelligence Community.
· Familiarity with Insider Threat and OPSEC protocols.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
Education & Experience Required:
· Bachelor’s degree with 18+ years of experience, Master’s degree with 10+ years of experience, or No degree with 24+ years of experience
