We are looking for experienced, innovative and motivated IT Specialists to support enablement of USAREUR-AF and their Mission Partners mission objectives.

CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed, Joint Multinational Training Center (JMRC) Mission Partner (MP) Lead/Systems Engineer, SME. This position is in support of a Department of Defense (DoD) organization, USAREUR-AF and their Mission Partner the Joint Multinational Training Center (JMRC) G26 located in Hohenfels, Germany. This position is required to travel OCONUS. This position is located OCONUS.

Responsibilities:
  • Single point of contact for Joint Multinational Readiness Center (JMRC) requirements, responsible and accountable for contractual and technical performance, management, direction, administration, quality assurance, supervising ongoing technical efforts, and leadership of the engineering and service delivery of the multiple complex intelligence engineering solutions
  • Collaborates with the Mission Modernization and Innovation Team (M2IT) to tailor EMITS 2 standardized processes and procedures to meet JMRC requirements, including support for transition-in
  • Possesses and applies knowledge of Army rotational training exercise operations and procedures
  • Applies engineering principles to investigate, analyze, plan, design, implement, test, or evaluate systems; prepares engineering and technical analyses, reports, change proposals, and other tech documentation
  • Analyzes, designs, implements, tests, or evaluates software, components, or systems related to engineering or functional requirements; assesses systems engineering and architecture models using modeling methodologies to conduct technical assessments and make recommendations that inform key technical decisions
  • Performs systems engineering analyses and uses the results along with other engineering models to draw conclusions and optimize performance, schedule, timing, or costs
  • Analyzes system requirements, designs, analysis, and verification and validation activities enabled by Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) across the digital thread and the engineering lifecycle
  • Provides analysis to support reviews such as Systems Requirements Review (SRR) and Systems Functional Review (SFR), and performs engineering functions in support of experimentation, integration, and operations
  • Provides engineering expertise for migration and transition of systems, including from on-premises solutions to cloud-based solutions
  • Provides technical solutions to complex problems, including troubleshooting to resolve incidents and problems and improve performance and reliability for C4 network and systems that are evolving and undergoing modernization
  • Plans, coordinates, and facilitates the post-deployment SW sustainment and post-production SW sustainment requirements, management, and execution and supports the installation and integration of new technologies and upgrades into various environments
  • Develops and authors policies, procedures, guidelines, and TTPs; reviews and provides input to governance documents as required; and assists in the development of the technical solution in response to a baseline change request
  • May attend and participate in meetings to discuss new technologies, technology insertion projects, and modernization roadmaps
  • Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments
  • Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives
  • Possesses domain and expert technical knowledge
  • Supervises a team of 15 to 34 personnel


Qualifications:

Required:
  • Currently hold an adjudicated Top Secret with SCI eligibility
  • BA/BS + 13 years
  • Certification 8140 - CISSO or GCIA or GCSA or GCLD or GICSP or CISSP-ISSAP or CISSP-ISSEP or Applicable degree ABET accredited/CAE designated or Training
  • Possesses expert-level knowledge of systems engineering and complex intelligence engineering solutions, preferably with experience in military training and readiness operations.
  • Demonstrates mastery in applying engineering principles to investigate, analyze, plan, design, implement, test, and evaluate complex systems, including software components and architecture models.
  • Exhibits deep understanding of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies and their application across the digital thread and engineering lifecycle.
  • Showcases expertise in system migration, with experience in the transition to cloud-based solutions, and in troubleshooting and resolving complex network issues.
  • Displays exceptional leadership skills, capable of supervising teams and serving as the single point of contact for high-level project requirements.
  • Capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams to tailor processes for specific operational needs while providing quality assurance and process standardization.
  • Displays advanced proficiency in technical writing, policy development, and translating complex technical concepts into actionable guidelines and procedures.
  • TESA eligible

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$126,100 - 277,300 USD
