Alutiiq Career Ventures, LLC, a subsidiary of Alutiiq, LLC has a potential opportunity for a Training Data & Systems Analyst supporting operations for Mission Delta 31 Space Force in Colorado Springs, CO. The Training Data & Systems Analyst manages data input and reporting via the Patriot Excalibur (PEX) system for Mission Delta 31. Provides training and technical support to users and ensures accurate tracking of all training events and evaluations.

This opportunity is for a POTENTIAL CONTRACT award and is contingent upon the contract being awarded. Consideration of a potential contract may require a signed letter of intent. If the contract is awarded, another position posting will be available on the Company Careers portal.
  • Maintain the PEX training and evaluation database; ensure timely input of grade sheets, Air Force (AF) Form 4419s, and lesson completion data.
  • Train unit personnel on PEX functionality, reporting tools, and data applications to support Standardization/Evaluation, readiness, and inspection requirements.
  • Provide advanced PEX technical support and scenario configuration.
  • Generate and analyze metrics to support decision-making and higher headquarters reporting.
  • Support developing and maintaining the Annual Plan of Instruction and associated performance tracking reports.
  • Ensure data security, audit readiness, and alignment with Air Force training system requirements.
  • Ensure data security and CU-I compliance.
  • Generate and compile training metrics with the Program Manager (PM) for use in higher headquarters reporting and internal program tracking; metrics shall reflect throughput, certification rates, and training status.
  • Provide augmentation and support instructional classes or mission-based simulator instruction for Combat Training, Readiness Training, and Basic Qualification Training. Independently administering mission-based simulator instruction.
  • Designs and maintains data models to support training optimization; develops and presents recommendations to PM and government stakeholders based on PEX analytics.

Payrate: $66,123 to $72,238 Annually

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ years of experience maintaining training databases such as PEX or equivalent Department of Defense training systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Data Analytics, Education Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience generating reports, analyzing training metrics, and supporting evaluation readiness and audits.
  • Prior support to AF or U.S. Space Force Standardization/Evaluation, readiness, or inspection programs is preferred.
  • Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance.
  • Advanced Excel and database proficiency; knowledge of Power BI or Tableau a plus.
  • Familiarity with AF Forms (e.g., AF 4419), Misson Design Series volumes, and Annual Plan of Instruction development.
  • PEX administrator certification or documented experience preferred.
