Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the process of collecting and defining client requirements.
- Provide advice and recommendations on process best practices.
- Perform analysis on business or systems processes to identify and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with clients to understand and define their needs, and develop and recommend solutions.
- Interact and communicate effectively with end-users, management, vendors, and IT personnel.
- Produce functional design specifications based on user requirements.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of COTS applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Momentum).
- Configure and design functional solutions (e.g., reports, interfaces, workflows, extensions) for specific applications and third-party systems.
- Respond to system issues and perform first-level corrective maintenance.
- Enter and maintain issues via a problem tracking tool.
- Follow and uphold current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Respond to complicated user questions and escalate complex issues within the team.
- Monitor the health and status of current systems and prepare routine metrics and system availability reports.
- Assist in orienting, training, assigning, and checking the work of lower-level employees.
- Provide advice, guidance, and direction to other technical help desk technicians.
- Interact with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and resolve associated problems, issues, or conflicts.
- Serve as the first line of communication to the customer CSC team, ensuring timely and concise operational awareness.
- Troubleshoot data flow, network, software, and hardware issues.
- Provide customer follow-up to ensure questions are answered and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Required:
- An active NSA TS/SCI with Poly.
- Two (2) years of demonstrated hands-on experience with AEA or Intelligence Community (IC) tools and capabilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Desired:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- Understanding of product workflows in an operational setting.
- Operational experience as an analyst.
