Clearance Requirement:
- Roughly 2-3 years of experience providing project management support/coordination for a DoD customer
- Extremely capable of using MS Project to:
- Create project schedules from scratch
- Conduct updates
- Provide reports on scheduling (to be rolled up into a Directorate-level IMS)
- Ability to identify:
- Any critical path items
- Mission impact
- Required due dates as part of schedules, WBS documentation, and briefings
- Ability to develop a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
- Thorough understanding of how to develop and utilize an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
- Experience performing PMI-based project management processes
- Ability to provide proactive communication with their Government Lead
- Experience developing and refining:
- PowerPoint slides
- Data in Excel
- Briefings
- Detail-oriented and customer-focused
Nice to Have:
- Experience at DISA
- Experience using IPAS tool
- Experience in telecommunications project management
