FJM Innovative Technologies, LLC is seeking a part-time Data Scientist to support a mission-critical program in Tysons, VA. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience working within the US Intelligence Community (USIC), with a proven ability to address complex intelligence problems through innovative data strategies. This position requires strong technical expertise, operational knowledge, and advanced analytic skills to support data-driven decision-making.

Must Have TS/SCI Clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph to qualify
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate across the USIC to identify and close intelligence gaps through data collection and analysis strategies.
•Support SIGINT collection, analysis, and operations to enhance mission objectives.
•Develop systems, processes, and tools to analyze and exploit complex datasets.
•Leverage SQL scripting and Elastic Query Language to retrieve, manipulate, and visualize data.
•Build and maintain Kibana dashboards to support operational and analytic requirements.
•Apply advanced cyber operations knowledge, including internet protocols, IP addressing, and virtualization tools such as virtual machines and emulators.
Required Qualifications:
•Demonstrated experience collaborating across the USIC to address complex intelligence problems.
•Demonstrated experience supporting SIGINT collection, analysis, and operations.
•Proficiency in SQL scripting and querying.
•Demonstrated experience with Elastic Query Language and Kibana dashboards.
•Demonstrated experience developing data systems, processes, or tools for complex datasets.
•Demonstrated knowledge in advanced cyber operations, including internet protocols, IP addressing, and use of virtual machines/emulators.
•Certification: Elastic Data Analyst certification.
•Clearance Requirement: Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph.
