The Opportunity:

CACI has established upcoming positions throughout the European theater supporting multiple customers for the Department of Defense. We are looking for experienced, innovative and motivated IT Specialists to support enablement of US AREUR-AF and their Mission Partners mission objectives .

CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed , Enterprise Architect, SME . This position is in support of a Department of Defense (DoD) organization, US AR EUR -AF and their Mission Partner PP&P located in Wiesbaden, Germany . This position is required to travel OCONUS . This position is located OCONUS.

Responsibilities:

• Provides enterprise architecture and Command and Control (C2) support services for engineering designs, analysis, diagrams, development, implementation, integration, and transformation activities, including intelligence platforms

• Develops and maintains DoDAF architecture products that conform to DoD and Army standards (e.g., DISA, RMF, DoD EA Reference Models), reference and objective architectures, and network diagrams and architecture views (e.g., OV, SV), and ensures standardized best practices are used

• Develops, integrates, and maintains current architectures and views, including graphically documenting architectures and topologies

• Develops and maintains analyses, detailed designs and build phases, detailed schematics, design and solution strategies, high-level and detailed process flows, information assurance, disaster recovery and continuity of operations, configuration specifications, and testing requirements

• Assesses emerging policies, technology, and best practices for applicability and implementation into networks and systems to improve efficiency, effectiveness, security posture, and resiliency

• Participates in and assists with operational evaluations of advanced technologies and supports assessment of impact to current systems

• Develops standards, processes, and tools to identify and document intelligence shortfalls and resource requirements associated with current and emerging intelligence systems

• Ensures architectures are interoperable with NATO architectures and multinational partners, are compliant with the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC) process, and supports the Zero Trust

• Manages and maintains current and future operational and exercise architectures, provides on-site integration and troubleshooting, and applies knowledge of O&M

• Analyzes system requirements, designs, analysis, and verification and validation activities enabled by Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) across the digital thread and the engineering lifecycle, including Unified Architecture Framework (UAF) activities for traceability and RTM generation

• May attend and participate in meetings to discuss new technologies , technology insertion projects, and modernization roadmaps

• Provides development and integration support for the USAREUR-AF G2 enterprise dashboard

• Contributes to development and/or maintenance of deliverables, such as Architecture Artifacts/Products in accordance with Department of Defense Architecture Framework ( DoDAF ), The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF), and industry best practices (DEL 12)

• Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments

• Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives

• Possesses domain and expert technical knowledge

• May supervise others

Qualifications:

Required:

• Currently hold an adjudicated TS/SCI with ability to maintain

• BA/BS + 13 years

• Certification - CISSO or GCIA or GCSA or GCLD or GICSP or CISSP-ISSAP or CISSP-ISSEP or Applicable degree ABET accredited/CAE designated or Training

• Demonstrates mastery of systems engineering principles and practices, with particular emphasis on complex IT networks and communications systems in classified and unclassified environments.

• Possesses comprehensive knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies, ensuring effective application across the digital thread and engineering lifecycle.

• Exhibits strategic expertise in systems integration, configuration management, and quality assurance testing for high-impact assignments.

• Applies advanced skills in analyzing emerging technologies and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency, security, and resiliency of systems.

• Showcases proficiency in developing technical solutions for network modernization and cloud migration strategies.

• Demonstrates leadership capabilities in supervising engineering teams and functioning as a technical subject matter expert across multiple project assignments.

• Excels in producing technical documentation and providing input on governance documents.

• Preferred familiarity with specific review processes such as Systems Requirements Review (SRR) and Systems Functional Review (SFR).

• Exhibits skill in developing policies, procedures, guidelines, and TTPs.

• Possesses knowledge of post-deployment and post-production software sustainment requirements and execution.

• Demonstrates ability to provide technical solutions to complex problems and resolve incidents, improving system performance and reliability.

Desired:

• Desired ITIL V4

• Adaptable to changing circumstances and operational needs

• Understanding of Department of Defense Military standards

• Experience with DoD IT security requirements

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$126,100 - 277,300 USD
