The Opportunity:
Aerial Reconnaissance Surveillance Team (ARST) will provide support services to INSCOM 116th Military Intelligence Brigade. Conduct 24/7 intelligence collection operations of multiple organic and Joint intelligence FMV, A-ISR, GEOINT, SIGINT, PED, and Sensor Operations in support of U.S. Army mission requirements.

Responsibilities:

The Technical SIGINT Analyst will demonstrate experience related to collection, analysis, identification, and characterization of foreign Signals of Interest; includes COMINT, ELINT, FISINT, and PROFORMA. You will have excellent written & Oral communication, research, and analytic skills. You will be required to exhibit expert capabilities to research, create, develop, and deliver professional briefings, multimedia presentations, and written reports. Extensive experience supporting decision making and special projects on integration issues, including the preparation, production, and coordination of written products and briefings for senior stakeholders. Proven capabilities with assessments, enterprise data integration, governance, and metrics, including the application of metadata management techniques and data modeling and design. The Technical SIGINT Analyst will be an expert in the knowledge of Army structure and defense level intelligence operations: intelligence collection, fusion, analysis, production, and dissemination for intelligence databases and products. You will be experienced with tradecraft and publication and ability to coordinate and support cross-community meetings and working groups, assimilate large volumes of information, and independently produce written reports.

Qualifications:

Required:
  • High School Diploma/GED plus 6 years of relevant experience or 3 years of relevant experience with BS degree will be considered for applicants who have relevant experience support Technical Signals Analysis
  • Graduate of a relevant military training program; Navy Intermediate Technical ELINT Analyst, Air Force Intermediate Technical ELINT Analyst, Intermediate Signals Analysis (451), or Advanced Signals Analysis (452) OR Other relevant courses include Military COMINT Signals Analysis Program (MCSAP) and Military ELINT Signals Analysis Program (MESAP)


Desired:
  • Ability to levy deep technical understanding of signal characteristics to determine signal structure, define signal parameters, identify signal content, and model signal behavior within the RF and digital domains.
  • Ability to report technical characteristics of signals and maintain knowledge bases.
  • Formal education in the fields of Engineering, Math, Computer Science, or other related areas.
  • Knowledge and experience with intelligence operations and in assisting with drafting expert assessments across operations priorities on behalf of the stakeholder.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the National Security Agency/Central Security Service (NSA/CSS) policies and procedures.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$65,000 - $136,500
