Join our team as a Quality Technician and play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality in our aircraft production process. Based at our Charleston facility, you will be responsible for identifying product defects and ensuring they are addressed in strict accordance with established protocols and safety guidelines.
๐ Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed inspections of aircraft components to identify defects or non-conformities.
Communicate clearly and effectively with Mechanical Technicians, providing precise instructions for proper repair procedures.
Ensure all quality assurance activities align with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results and corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
โ Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience working on aircraft.
At least 1 year of experience in a quality assurance or inspection role.
Strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of quality control standards.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.
