Summary:
- This position is not for classic software engineer. This position is for a Full-Stack Web Developer / Cloud Infrastructure.
- Looking for an experienced Full-Stack Web Developer and Technical Lead to develop modern web applications that meet business needs and deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive UI components using React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS
- Collaborate on database schema design and data model implementation
- Lead code peer reviews and enforce best practices for code quality, standards, and documentation
- Investigate and resolve technical issues; deliver reliable, high-performing solutions
- Stay current with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions
- Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of experimentation and growth
Required Experience:
Candidate must have 8+ years of experience for the items below
- Proficiency in full-stack development with React, Next.js, Node.js, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript
- Strong experience with Drizzle ORM or similar database schema management tools
- Deep understanding of software design patterns, principles, and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Agile development experience (Scrum, Kanban)
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Knowledge of security best practices and hands-on security testing
