CACI is seeking a Strategic Capture Manager to lead high-impact pursuits in support of our Intelligence Community (IC) customers. You will drive captures across classified and mission-critical opportunities aligned with national security priorities-spanning advanced technology, C5ISR, Cyber, and Space domains. The role emphasizes mission understanding, discreet leadership, and operational alignment with IC stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
• Lead major capture efforts (>$75M) focused on classified and IC mission needs, driving them from qualification through proposal submission.
• Shape capture strategies tailored to IC customers-aligning technical concepts, operational approaches, and security requirements with mission objectives.
• Build and execute capture plans including competitive positioning, teaming, staffing, pricing strategies, and customer engagement plans.
• Lead development of detailed IC customer profiles, understanding their mission priorities, procurement behaviors, decision cycles, and acquisition preferences.
• Conduct Black Hat and competitor assessments with a focus on IC-specific players, incumbents, and government evaluation tendencies.
• Partner with LOB leadership, Solution Architects, and SMEs to craft compelling, executable solutions aligned to IC needs, budget, and contract vehicles.
• Prepare and present internal reviews (e.g., milestone, risk, gate) and ensure alignment with internal leadership and security protocols.
• Manage pursuit budgets, B&P forecasts, and resource alignment, ensuring cost-effective capture execution.
• Serve as the focal point for cross-functional capture teams including operations, solutioning, pricing, proposal, and contracts.

More About the Role
This position is ideal for an experienced IC professional transitioning into industry capture leadership. You'll operate with autonomy, discretion, and a mission-first mindset-translating IC insight into competitive advantage. You will be part of CACI's Strategic Capture team, which operates at the highest levels of complexity and impact within the company.

Required Qualifications:
• Minimum fifteen (15) years of experience in the IC or supporting IC missions, with a proven record leading large teams in the DOD/IC environment.
• Active TS or TS/SCI clearance (required).
• Deep familiarity with IC procurement processes, security requirements, and customer culture.
• Demonstrated leadership of successful, complex programs / projects - including those with custom technical solutions and classified content.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage senior stakeholders internally and externally.
• Ability to work independently and influence in a matrixed, high-tempo environment.
• Proficiency in developing budgets and resource management.

Desired Qualifications:
• Polygraph clearance (desired).
• Experience with non-traditional acquisition strategies (e.g., CSO, OTA) in classified contexts.
• Familiarity with key IC contract vehicles and primes/subs in the market.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$131,800 - $290,000
