Key Responsibilities

What you will do:

• Help promote state-of-the-art IT solutions, collaborating with IT mission partners to share technology and lessons learned to ensure records management processes and requirements are included in the early design stages of IT solutions across the Intelligence Community.
• Work in concert with the customer technical interfaces to ensure future plans for technology are in line with the overall customer architecture.

You must have the required skills and experience in or with:

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications using Java and Python.
• Collaborate with business analysts, UX designers, and other developers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Implement and maintain APIs for seamless integration between different systems.
• Optimize application performance, ensuring scalability and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects, ensuring a high level of quality and reliability.
• Work with relational and MySQL databases for data storage and retrieval.
• Follow best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend enhancements to existing applications, process time, and supporting legal mandates.
• Experience with Microservices
• Experience with front end development using Angular
• Familiarity with Source code management and integration (ex - GitHub/GitLab, Jenkins)
• Experience in an Agile environment
