This role involves supporting the planning, budgeting, acquisition, and operational support activities for NASIC and its affiliated contracts. The candidate will provide program management expertise, conduct assessments, and facilitate efficient program execution to help enhance NASIC's mission effectiveness.

- Program & Project Management: Provide qualified project and program management support to all phases of NASIC's intelligence R&D, systems acquisition, and production programs
- Acquisition Support: Assist in the execution of NASIC's systems acquisition processes, ensuring compliance with budget, schedule, and technical requirements
- Support to Planning & Execution: Provide support for NASIC's Programming, Planning, Budgeting, and Execution activities, contributing to the efficient management of logistics, project monitoring, and reporting
- Administrative & Technical Support: Provide administrative support for NASIC conferences, training programs, and performance auditing activities
- Technology & Program Assessment: Conduct assessments of technologies, programs, organizations, and networks to enable government decision-making
- Evaluation & Reporting: Evaluate programs, systems, R&D strategies, organizational constructs, and adversary capabilities; deliver clear recommendations and insights to NASIC leadership
- Data Collection & Analysis: Assist with the collection and analysis of data for decision-making purposes; support reporting and budgeting efforts
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with NASIC and other stakeholders to support program execution and operational goals
- Provides expert-level oversight of program and functional managers across a broad portfolio of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) and Information Technology (IT) programs
- Consults on program execution to include multiple agency partnering, opportunity assessments, resource allocations, and/or risk identification on technical and developmental issues
- Directs and evaluates cost, schedule, and performance of complex technical efforts
- Solicit operational/technical requirements, then prepare supporting documentation to include statements of work, and submit for approval/processing
- Track status of various acquisitions from submission through award, support contract administration to include management of contract deliverables; and track obligations/ expenditures
- Interface with external agencies to facilitate collaboration, data and product sharing and integration of intelligence
- Facilitate technical exchanges and implement processes for broader community awareness of Intelligence R&D efforts across the Air Force enterprise
- Develops and presents briefings to executive and senior level customer personnel

- Clearance: Active TS/SCI required
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience supporting DoD and/or Intelligence Community (IC) technical project management activities. OR
- Master's degree with 10+ years of experience supporting DoD and/or Intelligence Community (IC) technical project management activities preferred.
- Experience:
- 18+ years of experience supporting DoD and/or Intelligence Community (IC) technical project management activities.
- Experience supporting intelligence R&D, systems acquisition, and production programs
- Familiarity with NASIC's mission, program structure, and operational requirements
- Experience conducting program assessments, system evaluations, and organizational assessments
- Skills:
- Strong project and program management skills, including budgeting, reporting, and performance auditing
- Knowledge of acquisition processes, especially within the defense or intelligence community
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports, briefings, and presentations
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred)
- Familiarity with ISR and intelligence disciplines
- Effective, efficient written and oral communication skills
- Self-motivated, detail oriented, responsible team player able to work independently with minimal daily direction
- Ability to work and interact with technically and organizationally diverse personnel
