Overview
WiSC Enterprises is seeking an experienced Modeling, Simulation, and IV&V Analyst to support the development, assessment, and validation of modeling and simulation (M&S) capabilities. WiSC Enterprises is seeking an experienced Modeling, Simulation, and IV&V Analyst to support the development, assessment, and validation of modeling and simulation (M&S) capabilities. This role focuses on evaluating complex threat systems, guiding scenario-based simulations, and conducting independent verification and validation (IV&V) of vendor-provided M&S tools to ensure they meet technical and operational requirements.

- Guide the development and management of modeling and simulation (M&S) programs focused on characterizing adversary capabilities and threat systems
- Support the design and execution of M&S programs for detailed engagement scenario analysis and mission planning
- Conduct independent verification and validation (IV&V) of vendor-supplied M&S systems to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with government requirements
- Evaluate simulation outputs for consistency, reliability, and operational relevance to intended use cases
- Work closely with systems engineers, analysts, and government stakeholders to refine model parameters and ensure alignment with program objectives
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation, validation reports, and model performance briefs
- Recommend improvements or modifications to M&S approaches based on analysis outcomes, user feedback, and evolving mission needs
- Provide program management and system engineering expertise focused on technology transition planning for a programmable C4ISR multi-mission, multi-service system capable of communication relay, translation, SIGINT, EW, and information operations
- Offer test and evaluation support for the Airborne Signals Intelligence Payload (ASIP) system, including expertise in designing, planning, executing, analyzing, and reporting on test programs, including applicable FAA certifications and procedures
- Prepare, maintain, update, and review test documentation to ensure adequacy, compliance with specifications and performance requirements, and conformity with mandatory guidance. Provide recommendations for improvement as necessary
- Recommend improvements for integrated data processing, software, and analysis considerations while participating in integrated test teams, test readiness reviews, and other test-related program events
- Perform data analysis using modeling, simulation techniques, models, and other tools to assess the performance of aeronautical systems, subsystems, and equipment across various acquisition phases and milestones
- Apply expertise in AF acquisition management, C4ISR systems, and systems integration to solve organizational, communication, and program execution challenges, providing creative solutions for service organizations with multi-year schedules and systems

- Clearance: Active TS/SCI required
- Education:
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in a related field and 20 years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, 12 years of which must be in the DoD.
- OR bachelor's degree in a related field and 25 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, 15 of which must be in the DoD.
- Degree must be from an ABET-accredited engineering program (Engineering Technology not qualifying)
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in modeling and simulation, systems analysis, or IV&V within a defense, aerospace, or intelligence environment
- Experience guiding or conducting M&S of adversary systems, threat modeling, or engagement scenarios
- Familiarity with simulation tools, frameworks, and software commonly used in defense applications (e.g., AFSIM, STK, MATLAB, Simulink)
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of M&S lifecycle, validation principles, and test methodologies
- Experience developing or assessing M&S verification plans and technical documentation
- Ability to interpret complex technical data and translate results into actionable insights for decision-makers
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to brief technical and non-technical stakeholders
