We're seeking an experienced AWS Systems Administrator to manage and enhance a secure, scalable cloud environment. In this role, you’ll work at the heart of application infrastructure, helping to ensure stability, security, and performance for mission-critical systems.

What You'll Do
• Administer and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure including EC2 instances, networking, and cloud-native services
• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot applications in a secure hosting environment
• Monitor performance and perform audits to ensure system integrity and data protection
• Collaborate with technical teams to define requirements and implement tailored solutions
• Provide Tier II/III support to end-users, resolving issues efficiently
• Establish and follow best practices for backups, disaster recovery, and system redundancy
• Stay ahead of cloud technology trends to proactively improve system operations

What You Bring
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 11 years of relevant experience in systems administration, including a strong foundation in networking
• Hands-on experience with Linux-based systems in cloud environments
• Proven ability to apply network engineering principles and security best practices
• Strong troubleshooting, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, fast-paced setting
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or Oracle Cloud environments
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash
• Familiarity with cloud solution architectures and DevOps tools
