Key Responsibilities
• Provide technical expertise for the deployment and maintenance of power distribution and energy management systems.
• Support project lifecycle phases including design review, equipment commissioning, and system integration.
• Analyze and troubleshoot electrical systems such as switchgear, UPS, power meters, and automation controls.
• Conduct testing and validation to ensure performance and compliance with technical standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet project scope, budget, and schedule targets.
• Prepare technical documentation, reporting, and as-built drawing packages.
• Participate in client meetings, site assessments, and quality inspections.
• Maintain adherence to safety standards and promote a zero-incident workplace culture.

Qualifications
• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Energy Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in energy systems, electrical distribution, or control systems.
• Solid understanding of low and medium-voltage power systems, SCADA, or PLC-based controls.
• Proficiency with design and analysis tools such as AutoCAD, ETAP, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of NEC, NFPA, and other relevant electrical codes and standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.

• Experience supporting government, data center, or industrial projects.
• Active security clearance (if applicable).
• Industry certifications such as PMP, LEED, or NICET.
