Responsibilities
• Experience or education focused on cyber-related system engineering is highly desired
• Demonstratable experience with design & implementation of cyber exploitation tools, vulnerabilities, and security techniques
• Knowledgeable experience with design & implementation of secure network architecture, developing and implementing communication and network security measures
• Knowledge/experience distilling user CONOPS into operational system requirements and engineering requirements to then develop system verification matrix, technical plans, design reviews, test reviews, technical assessments, etc.
• Support and advise on technology development efforts from concept ideation through product delivery, to include: system risk reduction, development, and integration which includes requirements definition/refinement, risk management, and the evaluation of functional, logical, and physical architectures/interfaces
• Assist Acquisition Program Managers by documenting and communicating issues and solutions to the customer and contract management structure as needed
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or systems engineering from an accredited institution with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience with development, employment, and design of computer network operations tools and techniques
• Excellent spoken, written, and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills
Highly Qualified Candidates Will Have:
• Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or systems engineering from an accredited institution with a minimum of 20 years of relevant experience
• Operational experience conducting, directing, or coordinating USG cyber effects operations
• Proven experience with development, employment, and design of computer network operations tools and techniques
• Excellent spoken, written, and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills
Clearance Requirements:
• Current TS (SCI & SAP eligibility required); an active TS/SCI clearance is desired. Subject to a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph, U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
