Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law. Responsibilities
As a Senior Logistics and Finance Analyst supporting the Advanced Sensors Technology (AST) Program Office, you will:
- Perform supply management for PMO detachments and field sites and financial management for logistics operations.
- Coordinate Parts Inventory Control System users, ensuring no gaps in critical supply support.
- Manage Program inventory, repairable materials, and office supply consumables efficiently.
- Support purchase request process for Program supply items from various sources.
- Maintain accurate purchase request records and provide 100% traceability of invoices.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all government funds expenditures.
- Coordinate transportation requirements for Program field operations, monitor shipments, and remedy inaccuracies promptly.
- Coordinate receipt and delivery of Program material from CONUS warehouses with 100% accountability.
- Coordinate facilities management, e.g., on-site equipment repairs, HVAC maintenance, locksmith and electrical services, and facility space reconfiguration projects.
- Maintain a detailed schedule of planned work projects.
- Inspect products and services to ensure satisfaction, facilitate closure, and process payment for government services.
- Support government management of all COMSEC equipment for Program facility location.
Qualifications
- Active TS Clearance with SCI eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or management field and 11-12 years' related logistics/supply management experience, OR
- Master's degree with 8-10 years' related logistics/supply management experience.
- Demonstrated expertise of government supply systems, MILSTRIP, MIL-STD-3018 and SD-19 concepts.
- Understanding of funding appropriations for supply and logistics requirements.
Other valued experience that distinguishes ideal candidates:
- Military supply background
- Proficiency supporting ACAT-I programs
