Overview:
Coda Solutions Corporation is seeking an experienced Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM)
to support the security posture of mission-critical systems in a classified environment.
This is a key leadership role responsible for managing the operational security of enterprise
information systems and ensuring compliance with DoD standards and customer-specific directives.
This position is contingent on contract award and is part of a proactive talent initiative to
support new mission starts in early 2026.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and oversee the security posture of assigned information systems in line with RMF
and customer policy.
- Collaborate with ISSOs, ISSEs, and system owners to support security documentation and
compliance assessments.
- Develop and maintain System Security Plans (SSPs), Risk Assessments, POA&Ms, and Security
Impact Analyses.
- Lead Configuration Management (CM) processes and assess security impact of changes.
- Support audits, vulnerability scans, and incident response coordination.
- Ensure compliance with DoD 8570 IAM Level II certification standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Full-Scope Polygraph.
- 10+ years of experience in information systems security, risk management, or cyber compliance.
- Experience with:
- RMF or DIACAP authorization
- Security tools and implementation
- Encryption, access control, incident response
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
(An additional 4 years of relevant experience may substitute for a degree).
- DoD 8570 IAM Level II certification (CAP, CASP+ CE, CISM, CISSP, GSLC, CCISO, or HCISPP).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with network security services and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) processes are highly valued.

Salary Range: $103,800 - $218,100 (dependent on experience and labor category alignment).
