Overview
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Coda Solutions Corporation is seeking a senior-level Information Systems
Security Manager (ISSM) to lead the cybersecurity operations of complex
classified systems in a mission-critical environment. This position plays
a central role in maintaining compliance, managing cyber risk, and
guiding cross-functional teams through the secure lifecycle of enterprise
systems.

This is a contingent position aligned with anticipated mission needs
beginning early 2026.

What You'll Do
----------------------------------------------------------------------

- Lead the cybersecurity posture of assigned systems in compliance
with DoD policy and customer directives.
- Oversee and mentor Information System Security Officers (ISSOs) and
Security Engineers (ISSEs).
- Develop and maintain documentation in support of system accreditation:
- System Security Plans (SSPs)
- Risk Assessment Reports (RARs)
- POA&Ms
- Security Assessment Reports
- Conduct vulnerability assessments, incident responses, and security
impact analyses.
- Maintain Configuration Management (CM) processes and secure baselines.
- Operate within the Risk Management Framework (RMF); support
authorizations under DoD and IC policies.

Required Qualifications
----------------------------------------------------------------------

- Active TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph
- 12+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information assurance, or
related IT security roles
- Experience with:
- RMF, NIST 800-53, DIACAP
- Secure system management and compliance programs
- Security tools and encryption technologies
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Cybersecurity, CS, Engineering)
- In lieu of a degree, 4 additional years of relevant experience
- IAM Level III certification (DoD 8570), such as:
- CISM, CISSP (or Associate), GSLC, CCISO

- Familiarity with Network Security Services
- Experience supporting or interfacing with CISO-level cybersecurity teams

- Salary Range: $120,800 - $265,800 (based on experience)
