Overview
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Coda Solutions Corporation is seeking a skilled Information Systems
Security Officer (ISSO) to support classified programs and maintain the
security posture of critical information systems. This role is central to
Coda's information assurance mission and involves ensuring compliance
with federal cybersecurity frameworks and protecting high-value systems
against evolving threats.
This position is contingent on contract award and is part of our
pre-positioned pipeline for upcoming work in early 2026.

What You'll Do
----------------------------------------------------------------------
- Maintain the operational security posture of classified systems
and ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
- Assist in managing daily security operations and support all phases
of system accreditation and assessment.
- Prepare, review, and maintain documentation including:
- System Security Plans (SSPs)
- Risk Assessment Reports
- POA&Ms and Security Assessment Reports
- Certification & Accreditation (C&A) packages
- System Requirements Traceability Matrices (SRTMs)
- Support vulnerability assessments, configuration management (CM),
and security impact analyses under RMF guidelines.
- Collaborate with ISSMs and ISSEs to assess and implement security
enhancements across the system lifecycle.

Required Qualifications
----------------------------------------------------------------------
- Active TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph
- 8+ years of combined experience in cybersecurity, IT, or security
authorization
- Experience in at least two of the following:
- Security tools or security software/hardware implementation
- Communication protocols
- Encryption tools and techniques
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Cybersecurity, Computer
Science, Engineering, InfoSec)
- In lieu of a degree, 4 additional years of relevant experience
- IAM Level I certification (DoD 8570), such as:
- CAP, CND, Cloud+, GSLC, Security+ CE, HCISPP

- Familiarity with network security services or CISO-level security
operations and standards

Compensation & Benefits

- Salary Range: $103,800 - $218,100 (based on experience and labor category)
