Overview
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Coda Solutions Corporation is seeking an experienced Information Systems
Security Officer (ISSO) to support the security and compliance of
classified systems across a dynamic enterprise environment. This role is
critical in helping ensure information assurance, security documentation,
and risk management compliance within DoD and Intelligence Community
programs.
This is a contingent position aligned with projected program starts in
early 2026.

What You'll Do
----------------------------------------------------------------------
- Maintain the security posture of assigned systems, ensuring
compliance with DoD cybersecurity policies and procedures.
- Support daily security operations, including audits, access control,
and configuration tracking.
- Evaluate technical security solutions for compliance with classified
system requirements.
- Perform vulnerability and risk assessments; conduct and document
security impact analyses.
- Prepare and review documentation including:
- System Security Plans (SSPs)
- Risk Assessment Reports
- Certification and Accreditation (C&A) packages
- System Requirements Traceability Matrices (SRTMs)
- Manage Configuration Management (CM) processes and maintain
documentation for all security-relevant changes.
- Operate within the NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) and support
security authorization and assessment activities.

Required Qualifications
----------------------------------------------------------------------
- Active TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph
- 10+ years of experience in IT, cybersecurity, or security
authorization roles
- Demonstrated experience in several of the following:
- Security tools and enforcement
- Hardware/software security implementation
- Encryption or communication protocols
- PKI, security incident response, or commercial security products
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Cybersecurity, CS,
Engineering, InfoSec)
- In lieu of a degree, 4 additional years of relevant experience
- IAM Level I certification (DoD 8570), such as:
- CAP, CND, Cloud+, GSLC, Security+ CE, HCISPP

- Familiarity with network security operations and CISO-level
security policy enforcement

- Salary Range: $120,800 - $265,800 (based on experience and contract role)
