Position Description:
Ennoble First is seeking a highly motivated Level 3 CI Cyber Threat Technical Analyst to support counterintelligence (CI) cyber activities and technical operations. This role requires significant technical depth in cyber security tools and platforms, adversary tactics, and digital forensic techniques to detect and mitigate insider threats, espionage, and cyber intrusions.

Position Description:
Ennoble First is seeking a highly motivated Level 3 CI Cyber Threat Technical Analyst to support counterintelligence (CI) cyber activities and technical operations. This role requires significant technical depth in cyber security tools and platforms, adversary tactics, and digital forensic techniques to detect and mitigate insider threats, espionage, and cyber intrusions.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide CI cyber support by analyzing cyber threats, anomalies, and technical vulnerabilities in support of NGA's Counterintelligence mission.
- Conduct cyber forensics to identify indicators of compromise (IOCs) and threat actor TTPs (Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures).
- Perform analysis of digital logs (e.g., network, endpoint, system, and application logs) to detect and attribute insider threats and advanced persistent threats (APTs).
- Collaborate with cybersecurity operations centers (CSOCs), intelligence entities, and law enforcement agencies to track emerging cyber threats.
- Deliver technical assessments and analytic products on potential or confirmed threats targeting NGA personnel, missions, or infrastructure.
- Support and contribute to damage assessments following confirmed or suspected cyber intrusions.
- Develop and maintain threat profiles, briefings, and information sharing with CI and cyber counterparts.
- Utilize advanced tools and threat intelligence platforms to maintain situational awareness of evolving threats.
Required Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in cyber threat analysis, cyber forensics, CI, or related technical field.
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Intelligence Studies, or related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience working in CI and cyber technical environments involving incident response, network forensics, or insider threat detection.
- Graduate of an accredited federal or DoD CI training academy.
- Familiarity with threat intelligence frameworks (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK, STIX/TAXII).
Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Prior experience supporting NGA or other IC agencies in CI cyber-related functions.
- Knowledge of ICD 503, ICD 704, and other IC directives related to cyber and security operations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Salary Range
$115,000-$135,000
