Responsibilities
The Level III SCRM Analyst provides direct support to the CI mission through integrated supply chain risk mitigation. Responsibilities include:
- Conduct risk assessments of vendors, technologies, and supply chains associated with NGA acquisitions.
- Assess threats from foreign intelligence entities and malicious cyber actors that target U.S. defense and intelligence supply chains.
- Produce formal SCRM assessments and briefings in support of stakeholder decision-making.
- Integrate counterintelligence insights into broader risk management and acquisition support efforts.
- Collaborate with CI, security, and acquisition professionals to ensure supply chain integrity across systems, platforms, and data sources.
- Monitor and assess emerging technologies and high-risk vendors, producing analytic reports and threat alerts as appropriate.
- Participate in cross-functional working groups and contribute to enterprise-wide supply chain integrity policy development.
- Engage with the Intelligence Community to ensure alignment with directives including ICD 731, 731.1, and 503.
- Maintain awareness of evolving supply chain threats, vulnerabilities, and adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
Basic Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (National Intelligence Studies, Engineering, Business, or related discipline).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in counterintelligence, acquisition security, supply chain risk management, or related domains.
- Strong working knowledge of supply chain risk principles, acquisition processes, and relevant Intelligence Community policies and directives.
- Familiarity with tools and databases such as Palantir, M3, or TAC is preferred.
- Excellent analytical writing and oral communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Experience conducting assessments in alignment with DoD or IC risk frameworks.
- Prior experience producing CI or SCRM intelligence products.
- Industry certifications in cybersecurity, supply chain, or intelligence analysis (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISM, CISSP, PMP).
Salary Range
$110,000-$130,000
