Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) Analyst (Level III) will conduct Supply Chain Risk Management analysis within the SCRM branch.

Duties may include:
- Conduct daily research to gather, assimilate, evaluate and interpret information concerning intelligence, terrorism and espionage threats against NGA supply chain, to include programs, technology and information systems and/or facilities and the National System for GEOINT (NSG).
- Engagement with the NGA SCRM Program Management Office to coordinate efforts on areas of mutual concern.
- Conduct Software Whitelist Assurance Process analysis. Review software and conduct threat assessments of commercial enterprises and certain of its officers prior to integration to identify foreign ownership, control and influence.
- Conduct Company Threat Assessments. Identify commercial connections to foreign threats to all missions and systems of the NSG.
- Support Cooperative Research and Development Agreements. Engage commercial and academic partners to provide intelligence support to specific research requirements.
- Participate in Program Accelerators. Seek direct engagement with commercial and academic partners in the advancement of GEOINT.
- Support Major Systems Acquisitions with intelligence analysis on foreign threats to U.S. Government research, development and procurement.
Specific Focus:
- Analysis of worldwide threats/countries/issues affecting NGA supply chain risk equities.
Skills and Experience:
Required:
- At least 5 years relevant experience with Debriefings, Open-Source Exploitation, Digital Media Exploitation, Collection Requirements.
- At least 5 years' experience with Intelligence Analysis and Production: Creating Analytical products, Intelligence Information Reports, Source-Directed Requirements, Threat Briefings, Request for Information Responses.
- At least 5 years' experience in analyzing economic, environmental, and political organizational strategies, investments, and structures.
- Proficient with DataXplorer, Proton, Voltron, Palantir, RMT, TAC, ArcGIS, QLIX, CHROME, FADE, MIST, and other intelligence and network analysis tools.
- Comfortable navigating and assimilating information from OSINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, and GEOINT databases and presenting a cogent intelligence picture.
- Perform work with minimum to no supervision to create accurately written, complex products tailored to a specific audience in an easily understandable manner.
Desired:
- 8+ years of experience preferred (a degree in a relevant field may be counted 4 years' experience).
- Joint Duty Assignment such as J2, Joint-Intelligence Operations Centers, COCOMs, IC-billets.
- Prior experience supporting DoD or Federal CI elements.
- Counterterrorism Analysis Course, DIA/JMITC or equivalent training
- Identity Intelligence Analytical Applications (I2A2) Course or equivalent training
- Fundamentals of HUMINT Targeting Course, DIA/JMITC or equivalent training
Security Clearance:
- Active TS/SCI and the willingness to sit for a polygraph, if needed
