QED Systems, LLC, is currently recruiting an Operations Research Analyst to join our team at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA to support our HQDA G-3/5/7 Support Services contract.

Duties:

Serve as a primary point of contact, serve as manager and participate in all activities relating to the ACyC - the CO & EW GOSCs, the CO & EW CoCs, the Cyber Acquisition, Requirements and Resourcing (CARR) Working Group and all related working groups identified; maintain a copy of the meeting agenda and the meeting minutes and provide the Government a written EXSUM 24 hours post meeting.
Coordinate with the Army for equities in the Army Cyberspace Council Charter or IAW DAMO-SOC guidance. Coordinate and synchronize all Army cyberspace stakeholders and operators’ activities and ensure its formations and networks provide effective support. Coordinate the overall effort with the ACyC and provide the day-to-day input, management, and implementation of the Army Cyberspace Strategy for Unified Land Operations.
Coordinate all classified and unclassified VTC sessions to include scheduling rooms for conferences; maintain contact lists, and disseminate notifications, agendas, read-ahead packages for meetings and conferences respective to CO & EW equities.
Create and maintain a Continuity Book for this position that is easily accessible to the other staff in the office area.
Assist managing daily update briefs, reports to Directorate, and Coordination/Collaboration meeting with CO & EW stakeholders
Manage all ETMS-2 assigned to the Division by assigning to the appropriate office/person, ensure all assigned tasks are completed IAW the respective task assigned.
Plan, Coordinate, and Execute Army Cyberspace Council Governance Forums.
Plan, Coordinate, and Execute activities associated with Army Cyberspace Council Governance Forums.

Required Skills & Experience:

Detail-oriented with excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills.
Must have the ability to work within Government-provided software packages with emphasis on MS Office products, for example, Outlook, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel. 
Must be able to think critically and apply analytical methodologies to raw data to present clear and precise recommendations.   
Ability to focus on Mission requirements while tracking multiple competing priorities. 
Require minimal supervision in the fast-paced, critical environment of the Army Headquarters. 
Must be proficient in the Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) (formerly Task Management Tool).
Ability to clearly articulate analysis through both oral and written communication.
Ability to provide executive, technical, and administrative support to senior leaders.
Experience with Multinational, Interagency on the Army/Joint Staff and/or Major Army Commands in Policy, Bi-lateral exchanges, proficient in planning and execution of working groups.
Operational experience using standard automated toolsets to perform duties.
Ability to assist with drafting Army EXORDs, FRAGOs, meeting minutes and EXSUMs and strategic documents.

Required Clearance:

ACTIVE CLEARANCE LEVEL REQUIRED: TS/SCI

Qualifications:

Master’s degree required.
At least ten (10) years of related experience required.

Travel:

Limited travel is expected for this position. Travel may include continental United States and outside continental United States locations.

Work Environment:

This position will be co-located with the customer and other contractors in Government office spaces. While not generally authorized, telework may be required due to exceptional circumstances (extreme weather, pandemic, etc.).

Withstand prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and computer use.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full‐time position, Monday through Friday. Flexibility around core hours. Travel may occur outside of normal core hours.
