JOB DESCRIPTION
ASRC Federal is looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst - Intermediate to support their work with the U.S. Army Contracting Command (ACC) Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Redstone Arsenal, AL. The analyst will deliver records management and task tracking support, ensuring compliance with Army regulatory guidance while coordinating with senior leaders, stakeholders, and the ACC enterprise.
In addition to records management responsibilities, the analyst will support task tracking operations, internal communications, and CIO-level coordination efforts. This includes helping develop communication strategies and briefing materials, maintaining internal records systems such as SharePoint, supporting the CIO Council, and ensuring enterprise-wide visibility of IT initiatives. The candidate must be capable of leading records coordination efforts independently while working within a structured team environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive records management services in accordance with Army retention schedules and regulatory requirements
- Serve as Records Coordinator for ACC Headquarters and assist the Records Manager with managing the ACC Records Management Program
- Implement Army classification and retention frameworks to organize, secure, and dispose of digital and paper records
- Maintain updated lists of Records Managers, Coordinators, and Action Officers across the ACC enterprise
- Maintain records inventories, inspection checklists, office symbol directories, and retention policies
- Assist with developing and delivering records management training and awareness materials across the enterprise
- Maintain and update Records Management SharePoint sites, libraries, and Teams channels/groups
- Track and coordinate internal and external tasks, providing regular status updates to ACC HQ CIO and leadership
- Collaborate with the HQ ACC G3 to clarify task details and ensure timely responses from G6 staff
- Support and utilize enterprise task management tools to monitor and report task progress
- Prepare briefing materials, newsletters, and CIO Council content aligned with the ACC G6 communication strategy
- Coordinate CIO Council meeting logistics, agendas, minutes, and action item tracking
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business systems or records management
- Strong understanding of Army records classification and retention policies
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Experience maintaining and updating SharePoint content and libraries
- Subject matter expertise in enterprise task management tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to coordinate with senior leadership and present task and record updates in person and via email
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience supporting Army or DoD records management programs
- Experience drafting formal briefings, internal newsletters, and communication strategy deliverables
- Familiarity with Army CIO G6 policies and task management tracking tools
- Knowledge of Federal Records Management regulations and best practices

EDUCATION REQUIRMENTS
- A bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited institution.
CERTIFICATION
- Must be able to attend and complete Federal Records Management Training (online or in person)
