The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Program Manager to lead the modernization, expansion, enhancement, and upgrade of IT infrastructure, IT systems, IT support systems, and communications systems for Army's OCONUS installations. You'll focus on the cost, schedule, and performance of the program.

This position is located in High Point, NC and an active Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities:
  • The Program Manager for this effort shall be flexible to support multiple time zones to accommodate the global stakeholders
  • Responsibility for all aspects of the Program
  • Serves as main point of contact for the client leadership;
  • Leads cross task/project planning for contractor resources, scheduling, milestones and deliverables;
  • Organizes, directs, and manages deployment of IT infrastructure, IT systems, IT support systems, and communications systems involving multiple, complex and inter-related project tasks.
  • Manages teams of CACI and contract support personnel at multiple CONUS locations simultaneously.
  • Facilitates cross task/project communication.
  • Coordinates resolution of scope and schedule disputes with Government and contractor service delivery teams.
  • Ensures adherence to DISA and DoD processes, procedures, standards and policies required by the Government for this Program.
  • Represents the Program on steering committee meetings and Government leadership presentations.
  • Conducts program health checks, participates in internal CACI Program Management Reviews;
  • Ensures that all Program deliverables are met and ensures conformance with program task schedules and costs.
  • Identifies, assesses, and resolves complex business problems/issue/risks and facilitates issue resolution and risk mitigation.
  • Ensures CACI back office support to properly process invoicing and personnel security clearance requirements.
  • Plans for the program life cycle deployments across multiple OCONUS areas
  • Performs subcontractor team and supplier assessment and evaluations.
  • Provides decision-making and domain knowledge that have a critical impact on overall Program performance.
  • Establishes and maintains technical and financial reports to show progress of projects to management and customers, organizes and delegates responsibilities to subordinates and oversees the successful completion of all assigned tasks.


Qualifications:

Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, economics, computer science, engineering, or relevant degree.
  • 10+ years of total IT modernization experience.
  • Ten + (10) years relevant program/project management experience, with at least three (3) years managing large, complex, and geographically distributed projects in the $20M to $100M annual size, scope, and complexity.
  • Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional PMP Certification.
  • Security+ Certification
  • Secret clearance


Desired:

  • Experience with GSA TDL/TDP process
  • Experience managing projects with large Data Network infrastructure modernization
  • Experience working with DoD customers; USA
  • Experience managing OCONUS programs/contracts
  • Experience with managing a large DoD contract

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$93,500 - $196,500
