Position: Technical Instructor/Course Developer (Low Band Universal Communications System)
Location: NIWC-LAND, Charleston, SC - 100% Onsite
Salary: Competitive
Clearance: Active SECRET or TS/SCI Clearance is required
PROSOFT is seeking a talented Technical Instructor/Course Developer to join our team. This technical instructor/course developer will be helping us create high quality training solutions for our customers. Your daily work will involve developing course curriculum, drafting and editing technical documents and procedures for Low Band Universal Communications System (LBUCS) and various C4I systems.
Experience:
• Three (3) years' experience in Communications Training/Curriculum Development to include: drafting and conducting evaluations and assessments of curriculum effectiveness, drafting technical procedures and guidelines.
• Develop course curriculum for Low Band Universal Communications
• Collaborate with team members to identify training requirements
• Collaborate with team members to develop training tools
Required Qualifications:
• Strong understanding of learning principles and theories
• Experience with Adobe Captive
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience developing training solutions
• Draft and update various technical documents and procedures
• Background in training and training development
• Highly motivated, self-starter
Nice to Have Skills:
• Previous Mility instructor experience
• Previous experience with LBUCS, C4I or other technical career fields
• Previous Navy/Marines/Army formal training developer or instruction experience
• AIM2 for Navy curriculum management
Education:
Bachelor's degree in education, Instructional design, Psychology, or Curriculum Development
