The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking a talented Operations Resource Analyst to join our team in Chantilly, VA. If selected, you will work as a member of the Payments Team, assisting the Sponsor branch as an accountant for expensing Sponsor transactions. You will possess the technical acumen to adhere to Sponsor regulations and policies for accounting purposes. You will work with counterparts to ensure accounting practices meet official guidelines and practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency and digital assets
  • Proven customer service skills with knowledge of finance or accounting procedures
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Qualifications:

Required:
  • Must have an active TS/SCI with required Polygraph clearance
  • University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 3 years of related work experience
  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes and procedures
  • Strong reconciliation skills
  • Ability to keep workflows moving and milestones met
  • Strong documentation and transactional skills
  • Strong record-keeping skills
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot financial discrepancies
  • Proficient with Excel
  • Experience developing administrative guides to document system troubleshooting and standard operating procedures
  • Knowledge of cryptocurrency
  • Detail-oriented, organized, able to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities
  • A self-starter and possesses a willingness to dive into new technologies when appropriate
  • Flexibility - Works well both independently and as a team player; must be eager to learn


Desired:
  • Assist with documenting Standard Operating Procedures
  • Knowledge of best defensive IT practices
  • Team-oriented, must be able to create and adhere to schedules
  • Must be able to communicate and coordinate across departments at all levels
  • Knowledge of blockchain technologies
  • Understanding of payment mechanisms and processes
  • Understanding of wallets and smart contracts
  • General knowledge of the impact of technology on cryptocurrency

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$66,100 - $135,600
