Operational Support Officer Assistant
Location: Doha, Qatar
Clearance Required: Top Secret/SCI with CI Polygraph

Overview
Deploy360 is seeking a highly skilled Operational Support Officer Assistant to support the Special Operations Joint Task Force–Central (SOJTF-C) J2X Counterintelligence (CI) and Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Branch. This position provides subject matter expertise in CI/HUMINT operational activities, supporting the oversight and management of operational reporting within the Global Controlled Operations Management System (GCOMS). The role requires direct coordination with senior military and interagency stakeholders and will be based full-time onsite in Qatar.
Responsibilities:
•Provide high-quality editing and formatting of operational reports for HUMINT and CI activities.
•Support the development and implementation of HUMINT/CI policy across SOJTF-C.
•Conduct analysis and produce finished HUMINT intelligence products.
•Advise on interagency coordination efforts and assist in aligning CI/HUMINT operations with U.S.
Government (USG) objectives.
•Serve as a liaison to USSOCCENT, USCENTCOM, USSOCOM, and elements of the Intelligence Community.
•Maintain operational records and reporting via GCOMS.
•Respond to taskings from higher echelons and ensure accuracy and consistency in CI/HUMINT operational
documentation.
•Support command leadership with strategic insights on ongoing and future HUMINT operations.
Required Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree with 8–12 years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and
experience).
•Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph (polygraph must have been conducted within the last 5
years).
•Minimum 3 years of operational HUMINT experience.
•Minimum 10 years of Counterintelligence experience.
•Graduate-level English writing and editing proficiency.
•Demonstrated expertise with GCOMS and interagency coordination.
•In-depth knowledge of intelligence oversight and security guidelines.
•Certified graduate of at least one of the following:
-DoD Strategic Debriefing Course (DSDC)
-Defense Advanced Tradecraft Course (DATC) or Source Operations Course (SOC)
-Military Operations Training Course (MOTC), Field Tradecraft Course (FTC), or Operations Tradecraft
Course (OTC)
-Advanced Special Operations Techniques (ASOT) Manager’s Course
Preferred Qualifications:
•Prior experience supporting U.S. Special Operations Forces.
•Experience in joint operational environments with U.S. and partner forces.
•Familiarity with current CENTCOM AOR HUMINT/CI threats and priorities.
