Radiance Technologies, a 100% employee-owned company, is seeking a Space EW Operations Analyst to support the HQ SpOC/S35D by leading the planning, integration, and sustainment of Space Domain Awareness (SDA) capabilities. This person will provide subject matter expertise across programmatic, operational, and intelligence activities, ensuring effective delivery and alignment with USSF and DoD objectives.
The anticipated compensation for the position is $120,000 to $135,000 based on a full-time schedule. Your compensation will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience, and education.

Responsibilities:
- Supports HQ SpOC across the SDA lifecycle by participating in stakeholder forums, informing funding plans, and managing CFP-FP and ICT processes.
- Identifies mission gaps and contributes to readiness, test planning, CONOPS, and requirements development.
- Coordinates site surveys, including access requests, stakeholder meetings, and checklist validation.
- Drafts and updates Security Classification Guides with recommended changes to SpOC/IP.
- Develops and staffs OPSEC and MILDEC plans for IJSTO/IO operations and exercises.
- Supports capability transition, and force design and partnerships.
Required Experience:
- Active TS/SCI required. Must be willing to submit for a CI Polygraph if required.
- Understanding of Joint Capabilities Integration Development (JCIDS): Joint Urgent Operational Needs (UON), Joint Emergent Operational Needs (JEON) and Urgent Operational Needs (UON).
- Knowledgeable with respect to Air Force, Space Force, Space Operations Command, or Space Systems Command processes and procedures for delivery systems
- Experience with Military DOTMLPF-P analysis and staffing process knowledge and space operations, capability lifecycle management, or Combat-Force Proponent processes is preferred.
- Familiarity with U.S. Space Force governance documents (e.g., SPOCMAN13-604, SPFI13-604_SPOCSUP) is a plus.
- Proven experience supporting military HHQ Staff and operating within classified (SAP/SAR) space environments across Space Operations, Space Control, or EMSO mission areas.
- Strong understanding of HAF, USSF, MAJCOM, and Joint/Coalition processes, with demonstrated ability to collaborate across organizations such as Field Commands, SPOs, and Unified Commands.
- Space 100/200/300 coursework and Core SEW and EMSO related courses
- DAU/Defense Acquisition University Courses such as JCIDS & Requirements Management, PPBE Process, Test & Evaluation (T&E)
- Minimum 15 years of experience in program integration, fielding support, or operational capability delivery within DoD or IC environments.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree required. Master's Degree desired.
